I'd like to know at my work station who has a Revit License checked out so I knock on their door and get it from them. This must have been asked before but I'm not finding anything.
Any thoughts?

The only way I know of is to use the LMTools on the license server. There is a "Borrowing Tab" that has a "List Currently Borrowed Features" command that will give a detailed list. You do have to have access to the server, though (remote desktop, admin rights). If there is an easier way to do it from the desktop I would like to know as well.

1. Install "Network License manager" from the DVD. (LMTools)
2. Run LMTools from your desktop. (no remote desktop)
3. Go to the server status tab and click on "Perform status enquiry"
4. It gives info about checked out lics / time / user name / computer name etc
I dont remember making any changes in the default settings. If yours does not work, pls let me know, I can post info regarding the settings.

Thanks Nicholas that did the trick. I'm grinning over here from ear to ear.
Have a good day.
