Control over pattern lineweights

Maybe it's just me, but I don't seem to have any control over how my existing-phase surface patterns plot. While I can get the edges of existing-phase walls and roofs to display gray, the surface patterns of their materials plot darker than the new-phase materials!

Give us control over this, Revit!
