is there a way to make a metal horizontal corrugated wall or is there one already made with in revit

If you have a profile of the corrugated wall you plan to use you could extrude to form the wall, otherwise you might find something at this website (http://www.steelselect.com). It has a host of steel roofing profiles in revit and other formats...

I make one in Revit. We use the following construction a lot in the office.
Inside= 10mm plasterboard/90mm timber/steel stud/16mm corrugated cladding. I use 75mm surface pattern to indicate the cladding pattern. I have images for all the different corrugation colours for rendering. We do not model the profile, but will show the profile with repeating details when needed.
