Titleblock Attributes in Revit

I am having a little problem with the attributes within Revit. I have successfully created a working editable title-block for previous projects but now am a little stuck.

After i have created my new title-block and assigned all the required labels. I needed a couple more such as Creation Date, Document-Reference Number, etc.

I created these as new parameters and all seemed to be fine.

When i come to load this into my project the pre-assigned parameters set by Revit such as Project name, etc all work fine, but the one's created by me are not. They just show a red ?, whereas the normal editable ones are blue.

Could someone please advise me where I'm going wrong or how to add my own labels correctly so they are editable when inserted into a project.

Have a look at shared parameters and creating a titleblock in the Revit help file.
