Wall Schedule issues

I am trying out wall Scheduling and want to calculate area of dry wall for a house. I am starting with square box with an interior wall with drywall on each side The area calculates it on one side but not the other why is this and how can i get it to do both.

You would be better off using a Material TakeOff instead.
