Schedule for interior finishes

I want to create a schedule or a legend that will give some different interior walls / cabinetry / floor finishes where I would note the information on : sample, description, brand, number, etc.

Then I want to use a note symbol to point out the finish I want to use on a certain part of a wall or floor.

To be clear, I need to insert an annotation number related to a schedule where I note my different finishes but I don't understand how to create the schedule (or legend).

So far I created an annotation Symbol that I called "Finish number" (using the Generic annotation Symbol) and a schedule that I called Finish Schedule (using the View>New>Note Block.

That is where I'm stucked.

Now that I created my annotation family, is there a way to have an arrowhead at he end of the leader (like the text leader)
