Is it just me or has someone out there come across the missing help file error message.

I do a lot of client installations either directly from the official Disc or from network / stand alone deployments. Occasionally I come a cross the missing help file error:” Can not Open…HelpBuildingENU.chm"

Even though this can be fixed during a re installation using the same medium or by copying the Help file to Program FilesRevit Architecture 2008Program

I just want to find out if any of you has come across this error!

I've seen it happen after a network installation, but Revit always seemed to know that something went wrong with the installation and would prompt you to continue with it and 'reclaim' any missing files.

This started for me in 9.0 when I did network installs and seems to have continued into 2008. I noticed that sometimes the tutorial files are missing as well.

In the 2008 release the tutorials are available via Internet download. They were not on the shipped media or included in the web install of the program. Tutorials can be downloaded here:

i looked for the tutorials for Revit Architecture 2008 but did not find any. I found two cabinet files with almost 1200 template and library files. but the search for tutorials was fruitless.

if anyone can direct me to the correct link it would be appreciated.
