Allow Hyperlinks

We'd like to create a project navigation sheet with every project with hyperlinks to Word and Excel documents related to the project. I would not expect for these documents to open inside of Revit but rather it would spawn whatever default program the file is set-up for.

We feel like this would add significant value to our project's quality control/quality assurance.
