Colour fill not printing in area plan

Having a problem that makes no sense to me. We have Revit on 2 computers. On mine I can see and print area plans with the colour fill on. On the other however, you can see the colour on the screen but when it prints, the plan prints, the outline prints but there is no colour fill!
Any ideas??

Try checking your printer drivers. We had something similar with one person out of our whole office with the same issue. Turned out he did not have the most current driver... We spent a lot of time on irrelevant possibilities before the simple solution occurred to one of our non-Revit IT guys.

Or maybe this is not it at all and you are back to square one...
