Curtain Wall Placement

I'm inserting a CURTAIN WALL, EXTERIOR GLAZING into a wall panel which I have split into the sizes required. On the plan I see a green dashed line when the glazing is selected. Does this line indicate the interior or exterior side of the glazing. And can I position the glazing location in the width of the wall? Having trouble, thanks.

I believe that indicates the centerline of the wall. If you select the wall, whichever side the 'double-arrow' symbol appears on is the exterior side.
As far as I know, moving the curtain wall in and out in relation to the face of the wall is not an option within the properties (someone correct me if I'm wrong)...so I usually end up moving it, making sure to select "disjoin" in the toolbar above before doing so (otherwise the attached wall will move with it).
If you go into the family you CAN set offsets in the mullions and wall panels in relation to the centerline of the wall.
