Is there a way to make Custom curtain panel behave like System panel ??

In what respect? When creating custom panels the geometry in the panel needs to be locked to the reference planes provided in the Curtain Panel template, this will assure that the geometry stretches as needed to match the curtain panel extents. Custom curtain panels cannot confirm to irregular shapes, they most be orthagonal only. System Panels can conform to irregular shapes.
