Saving a file... I see half faint window?

I like to switch things up every now and then with my Windows XP color scheme. I had for the time I've been using Revit it set to windows classic, but yesterday I switched over to the new look XP and I notice something everytime I open or save a file. Please see attached screen shot to see what I am talking about. On the right side of the save window there is a bottom, right, and upper right three botton half window that pops up while I am saving. Is anyone else getting this sort of thing? Does Autodesk now about it? If this has been brought up already, I would like to apologize.

i see that alot, especially when saving to central to a big file on the network drive. never really thought it was an issue.

Well, I would call it an issue. There is no reason to see it, so it shouldn't be visible.

And it only appears when you are using the XP style, not the classic windows.
