Vessel Re-pad

An age-old question has reared it's head once again. How can I create a re-pad for a vessel when the nozzle approaches the diameter of the vessel. I have a way to simulate the re-pad in normal situations, but would like to be able to create real re-pads to be able to verify any interferences.

Any suggestions?
