Curved Ceiling Question

I am trying to make a ceiling that is a section of a cone. I want the outer edges to be level.

It would be like a barrel vault that is narrower with a tighter radius on one end.

I just tried doing a revolve in a plane parallel to the floor. Because the axis of the cone was level, the cut outer edges sloped. I guess I need to make the axis angled, but I don't know off hand what that angle would be.

Is there an easier way?

I think a solid blend would be the easiest way to achieve that.
