Need 3d dwg of golf ball layers

Hello to everyone. I am new at this posting thing and I am desperate. Please Help.
I an in need of a simple 3d solid dwg of a 4 layers on a golf ball to help one of our higher ups to a presentation. My 3d skills are very rusty, I managed to draw 4 spheres and slice each one. I know that there are some of you that could whip this out in seconds. I have managed to do a little but I am clueless how to change the material types and surfaces. I am not asking for someone to do the work, but does anyone know a site I can get help on this? Thanks!

Okay, this may be more than what you want to do, but here goes... since I'm bored.

You've created your spheres. Now, create a tiny one and sink it into your outer shell, then do a polar array however it looks right to represent all those dimples. Then subtract them from the outer shell, and change the colors of each sphere in the cutaway.
