Has anyone else noted that if Revit is not open and you double click a file to open it will tell you that it is not a valid path or the file could not be found? It will continue to open Revit and you can go select and load the file. Once you have done this then close out of Revit. Go back to Explorer and double click the file again with Revit closed. It will open Revit AND the file that it could not find a few minutes before.

NO, I am not running the newest build and it never did this at all prior to RAC2008.

This happens here, but I've probably only tried it pulling a file from the network.

I would understand that from a server based file system but all of mine are on my local machine. It is just a little odd and I am sure the solution is "upgrade to the newest build" from the site.;)

Yes, I have it, too, on a local machine. My reseller said to always open Revit from the icon, not from a .rvt file in Explorer.
