We recently upgraded to ADT2005 and most things are working as expected. We are on a network, but our CAD software is installed on each separate hard drive.

One issue I'm having is when I log in to our server each morning, then open ADT, every morning the software goes through the "Preparing to install ADT..." routine. Every time this happens, I have to save over the original pgp file (then reinit) to get back my custom hot keys.

What can I do to stop this from happening? It occurs every time I have a new log-in.

Mark,

I'm surprised the folks at either CAD-Soft or The Cadd Store haven't 'solved'
this issue for you. Sounds like you have the infamous BAD install.
You should be ok if you perform a REPAIR of your installation.

You may have to perform a 'clean' install by removing ALL autodesk products
from your machine and installing them all from scratch.

Was this installation done by the administrator and then run by you, without
admin rights?

Are you running the ADLM or are these true local installations?

Please clarify: "a new log-in".
