Hi Everyone,
I'm sure this question has been asked already but does anyone know if a decent office system furniture family library exists anywhere? I find it hard to imagine that no major furniture companies haven't released revit families on office system furniture.
If anyone has a link they give me to point me in the right direction I would appreciate it greatly. Thx!:)

Try revitcity.com (if you already haven't)...not sure if they have any office furniture systems, but it's worth checking out if you haven't been there.

It always gets overlooked, but the Revit Library has the UK and the French library which isn't the same as the US... Actually kudos to the europeans, not only the family's thumbnails look better,(color, shaded) but they have better quality family's (not in terms of Revit, just the actual objects they represent)
The UK doesn't have much different furniture than the US for offices, but look at the french ones...go to "mobilier" then " Bureaux et Tables (http://revit.autodesk.com/library/html/Revit%20Architecture%202008%20Library/FRA%20Library/Families/Mobilier/Bureaux%20et%20Tables/index.html)" Chaises et Fauteuils (http://revit.autodesk.com/library/html/Revit%20Architecture%202008%20Library/FRA%20Library/Families/Mobilier/Chaises%20et%20Fauteuils/index.html) Cloisons mobiles (http://revit.autodesk.com/library/html/Revit%20Architecture%202008%20Library/FRA%20Library/Families/Mobilier/Cloisons%20mobiles/index.html) Cloisons mobiles (http://revit.autodesk.com/library/html/Revit%20Architecture%202008%20Library/FRA%20Library/Families/Mobilier/Cloisons%20mobiles/index.html) Salle à manger (http://revit.autodesk.com/library/html/Revit%20Architecture%202008%20Library/FRA%20Library/Families/Mobilier/Salle%20à%20manger/index.html) Salle de réunion (http://revit.autodesk.com/library/html/Revit%20Architecture%202008%20Library/FRA%20Library/Families/Mobilier/Salle%20de%20réunion/index.html) , etc.

I think that the furniture manufacturers are a bit behind the curve on this one. As an interior designer, I use furniture libraries from manufacturers all the time. Sadly, my m.o. of late has been to import the ACAD blocks into the project. Not only is this clumsy, but it lacks the parametric capabilities. Hopefully the major manufacturers will catch on soon.

Shame that it's just the furniture and no cad blocks at all

Generally Revit has ugly libraries and no way to use millions of 3d models in 3ds,max,obj,fbx format that can be found even for free from misc sites.
