Folks,

AUGI is planning for its 3rd Annual Top DAUG competition at this year's Autodesk University. The previous two years have been a great success, and this year will be bigger and better!

As we develop this year's contest, we are gathering a list of questions to be used in the multiple-choice portion of the contest. If you have some good test questions regarding AutoCAD (preferrably 2002-2005, not LDT or ADT, etc.), we'd like to review them for possible inclusion in this year's event. They do not need to be trick questions, just thought-provoking and challenging. They can range anywhere from basic thru advanced topics. We may also include a few customization and basic Autolisp questions.

If you submit a question, please provide the answer (unless you want to see if I know it!!!:-)). Feel free to send a drawing or graphic along if it helps describe the question.

Also, if you have a drawing that is particularly challenging to draw with AutoCAD, I'd be happy to review it for the Top DAUG finals drawing contest. Any submitted draiwngs will not be used as submitted (for fairness to all finalists), but parts of them may be incorporated into the final drawing challenge.

Please submit all questions or files directly to me (chris.lindner@wdpartners.com), not thru this forum. Any contest files that are posted on this forum WILL NOT BE USED.

Feel free to post responses here of a general nature.

Thanks for your help,

Chris Lindner

How is this going? Anyone out there sending in anything?

May be a good time to post this in the AutoCAD 2005 General forum and I would highly suggest that you do something in the Coffee without CAD forum. Those guys are very active in forum usage.

Good Luck,
Donnia
