Field Grid Position

Is it possible to set a "dtext" as a feild such that it reports its grid position?

IE, Where 2B and 5C is a block/field and when it is moved or copied it shows the results...

This is simular to what i'm looking for...

We have electrical drawings with grid numbers across the top of the drawing sheet and letters down the side.
Where the wire (line) starts we have to place its grid ref. 2B, 5C etc.

As the drawing is revised and altered ,some times we have to move the whole diagram to achieve more space. When this happens I have to go back through the whole drawing and change all the grid references.

i was hoping that a field would be able to automatically update its position. ie 2B now becomes 1B etc.

Is this possible or is it a wish list item?
