We have a problem when mirroring Curtain walls and Glazed roofs.
It seems that when Curtain wall is mirrored using the XZ plane for example, the new wall also mirrors itself by the XY(or YZ)plane. This is very annoying. Is it always been like that.
We use the latest build of Revit 2008.

Hi Niki...

could you post a screenshot or the Revit file itself?

Sure, here it is. It happens in every file.

Niki,
not sure I understand what the issue is. If I draw and flip a curtain wall/sloped glazing it behaves exactly as I think it should. The elements (curtain grids, mullions etc) are a reflection of eachother, and the the wall's outside face is reversed.

i think the mirror always works like that.. like its supposed to i think. Dimitri is right about the faces reversing. is this what you were concerned about?

Ok. I see now. But the problem still exists when mirroring the Roof glazing. I can't find a way to reverse it to it's initial position once mirrored.
Well it's not a big problem, but it would be handy if reversing is possible like with Curtain walls.
