Funny topo in Exterior Elevations

I have done a graded region and the existing grade shows as blank in the view with Show Previous + New. When I change to "Show All" you can see the dashed exisitng grade. How can I get my entire elevation to show.

You need to do a pad around the exterior wall line. This will create a line where the building meets the site. When you change to shaded with edges, the extent of the site will be obvious

My "new" pad currently is drawn to the exterior face of the exterior wall. What do you mean "around the exterior wall line"?

Hi there.
The pad just needs to be where you will see the site and wall line meet. The fact that you can not see a line on the elevations indicate that the pad is "in" the wall line somwhere. Just check position when editing the pad. Post file if you still have a problem.
