Review Warnings: what's hot and what's not

I recently read a thread that listed four or so Warnings that are really important to address, and I think some others that could be safely ignored. Now I can't find the thread! Can someone point me in the right direction? I have done a search, and so far not found the thread in question.

Thanks! That is the one. Not sure why I couldn't find it with a search.

Also, anyone know of a resource that lists ALL warnings, and guidelines for addressing them? Given the performance and stability impacts, it seems appropriate. I mean, any programming language has a list of every error the language can throw, and what they mean. Can't we get the same for Warnings, along with a severity ranking and such? Factory?
