Family 2 Project Scalability Problem

I'm working with some symbol representations, in lieu of modeled objects, and in the family file I set the line representation of a circle to a specific diameter; however when it is brought into the plan view the scale is off by a factor of 10. I'm working in the latest build of Revit Arch 2008.

I've attached the file. Any suggestions or clarifications on this issue would be appreciated. This is the first time I've had a scale issue.

You've created the families as Generic annotations which are defined in plotted units. They won't scale.
I'd recommend using the correct object category (lighting fixtures) and just creating them as symbolic linework if you only need the 2D representation
