Drop step floor for wc room

I find many way. I would like to drop step floor for wc room. I don't like create 2 floor. Just ok number is showing correct volume. I want make sure.
This floor is postention must to calulate in one piece.

How the way i can do in one time?

use an inplace void for the recess.

For the two floor solution, be sure to join the smaller floor to the larger floor for the volume calculation.
