Walls, Global Change?

Is there a method for changing specific wall types global.

Do you mean you need to select all? Go to the project browser, expand families, expand walls, select the wall type you need and right-click "select all". Then use the pull-down menu to select a different wall type.

Go to the project browser, Families>Walls and select the wall type you want to change. Right click on it in the browser and Select all Instances. Then go to the Pull-down in the options bar and change to a new type. All selected will change. This works for any global model change you wish to make, such as swapping out all windows with new window.
