Demolished walls schedule

How do I know the area or volume of demolished walls?
I want a schedule only with demolished walls... How can I do this?

Create a Wall Schedule, and set the Schedule to show Demo only under the Phase Filter, and Phase to New Construction. Under Walls, Area is a parameter you can add to the schedule.
