Shadow Problem

Can anyone explain why the center shadow (4pm) is showing up negative of the other shadows?

How does 4:15 or 4:30 look?

Strangely enough all times are fine except between 3:58 and 4:00... so I'll just use 4:01pm.

Any ideas why this would be?

Does the shadow becomes right when changing the Azimuth or Altitude with a fraction of a degree ?
