So you can copy monitor everything except the arch roof. I need to attach our framing to the bottom of the architects roof. How? Can I simply copy and paste it into our model? That seems kinda dangerous. As well when it changes in the future I gather I'll just have to chase down their changes?
I could use some advice.

What sort of roof is it? If flat you could just use a level set to the underside elevation of the roof and apply your framing to that. Any change, just change the level elevation. or you could use a reference plane instead and move it to the correct elevation if changes. If pitched then you could still use reference planes, just a couple or more.
Either way you don't have to worry about their roof unless it does change. If it is warped etc then copy/paste will certainly give you their roof but you won't really be able to use their roof as much more than a guide. They could use your structure as pick points to deform their roof later potentially which migh suggest you own the roof and let them copy yours.

I got the same problem, it's impossible to copy-monitor a roof from revit architecture. There are a couple of solutions:
-Draw the roof(in revit structure) over as a floor
-Ask the architect to use a slab for a roof, I asked it, but he won't do it.
-Open the model from the architect, change the roof to a slab, you can pick the form, after 1 click on the tab-button, and copy them to your model.
-Open de model from the architect, group the roofs, copy them to your model.
I don't like any of this solutions
I did it, but it takes a couple of houres(the building was quite large
