Seems my user might be using an older build and that this problem was a know issue. I've told them to download and istall to see if the problem is still there
I have a floor plan view that requires a callout. The floor plan view as a crop region and it is visible. A callout view is placed and Revit gives me a warning that none of the elements are visible in the view. The callout view gets created (it shows up in the project browser) but can't be seen in the floor plan.
If the crop region is turned off then the callout becomes visible. A soon as the crop region is re-established, the callout boundary dissappears.
No changes to visibility settings, "hide at scales coarser", temp hide/isolate etc. The only thing that seems to affect the visibility of this callout boundary is the crop region.
Any ideas?
