Has anyone come across this annotation family "Level Head - Upgrade"
It is appearing in random places and is only visible when the view is printed.

and it will not let me delete the family - see attached error message - when you make the workset editable it just keeps giving me the same error

Did you ever resolve this issue?

I've currently had the same issue arise with a file upgraded to the latest version of 2008. The culprit was a nested family. Deleting the nested family solved the problem, but I don't understand why it affected only a single family????
