Exporting Callouts to CAD problem

I exported the unit plans sheet to AutoCAD. I went back to Revit & adjusted one of the callout boundaries and exported the sheet again. The location of all the units in model space moved!

I'd like to know how others are handeling this?... does no one readjust the callout boundaries? or do the consultants have to move thier work with every new export?

Could you have exported with Shared Coordinates the first time and then Internal the second time ?
