A while back we started using true color 120,120,120 to designate backgrounds in our autocad files. Now we are using revit and exporting dwgs for some of our team members to use however revit doesn't seem to export true color. Does anyone have a trick to acomplish this task? Is this something that is going to be addressed in future versions of revit, maybe this is a wish list item?

We have a post op command in autocad that fixes this but it is another operation that we have to do in cad that just doesn't feel right...=P

Thanks,
Craig

Is anyone else exporting their revit files to dwg format? I have to imagine that someone is.

Bueller? Anyone, anyone?

Revit does not export to true color. You can only export to 256 colors. This request has been submitted to development for consideration in a future release of Revit. Sorry :-(
