Has anyone successfully created a support request via the RS2008 help pulldown?
It prompts for a user account. Upon creating the user account, it does not recognize the login information...Is there a 24 hour delay for this stuff...

I have waited 24hrs to see if the acount has to be activated and this is the error I receive when clicking the "create support request" from RS2008....

Is there a way to manually create a support request or a contact number?


Error 500--Internal Server Error
From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:
10.5.1 500 Internal Server Error
The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.

Still receiving the same error message when attempting a support request....

...just log onto the subscription site and fill out your request. There is no need to use the Revit pulldown.
