Can a Detail Containing Dynamic Blocks be inserted into Revit and modified?

If you link the detail dwg into Revit, and then modify the dynamic blocks in Acad, and re-save the detail dwg in Acad, you can then reload it in Revit (File / Manage Links) to show the changes...

Be carefull though, I have seen dynamic blocks become distorted once imported into Revit. Specifically blocks utilizing different visibility settings. Revit was displaying all the content as well as some strange vectors all over the place. This required the block to be exploded and the drawings auditted and purged to appear correct in Revit.
