preview of family or plan of wall dissappears

Has anyone had this happen? On a few jobs if you click on a wall and click properties, then preview, the plan view does not show up, but the section does. also when trying to preview a family the preview is blank?

Just in case folks aren't aware, you can edit your own post at any time. An edit done very quickly after you post won't acknowledge that is was edited whereas an edit done hours or days later will append an "edited by on..."string to the message. So you can have perfect spelling and grammar...it may just take a few tries :D
