How can find material takeoff in Revit link model

Hi all,
I'm work a condo drawing. I start in 3 type unit. I separate 3 file (Type a, Type b and Type c) Yes every file it can find boq or material take off.

But when i open new file and used revit link feature for combine model. It can not take off material.

How can i find material? I don't want to bind model. This model is not final may be something change.

I didn't have a need to schedule info from a link, but there is a "checkbox" to schedule linked files...is that checked?
