Odd Error on Save

We seem to be getting an odd error when saving our files lately.
Linked file File [Filename.rvt] cannot be saved because it has changed in more than just shared coordinates and therefore can invalidate Local Files owned by you.
This relates to a Revit Architecture file which has a Revit Structural file linked within. Why in the world would it be trying to save the linked file in the first place?

Hahaha. It looks like you've dealt with this topic quite a bit. Thanks for the reply and the redirect. I had no luck searching originally.
