Stange PDF

Does anyone know why when I create a PDF my hatch pattern shows up like this, or actually doesn't show up. Every where there is white there should be a hatch pattern. Also if you look at the rear elevation of the 3D view I have a brick wall with arches in it. But the stone wall behind it is showing through. On the right elevation the Hatch has somehow changed to something completely different. Is it the hatch that causes this or something else?

Well I found out that most of the problem was just ****** hatches. But I still can't figure out why I'm getting a transparent wall in my 3D view.
