Column under beam

More options on the way how beams and columns are connected. Par example the possibility to set a column automaticly under the beam.

You can currently attach the top of a column to the bottom of a beam.

Yes I know that, but it's better automaticly, cause by a large building it cost a lot of time.

How can you do this? Whenever I try it tells me that the beam and column are already joined, and that I'm not allowed to attach them. Do I have to go and manually un-join them all, just so I can come back and attach? And won't that make things difficult if any of this ever moves?
