I have some jpeg's of consultants drawings inserted in my revit file and they are displaying all black and they also print that way? This hasnt happened in the past. What is wrong?
PS. oh yeah, did I say that it is supposed to go to the printers in an hour!!!!

are you printing "all black" if so thats the problem, you need to print color or greyscale.

You need to check the "raster processing" tick box on the print dialouge.

Can you tell me where the 'raster processing' check box is? I opened the print dialog (expanded) and also tried looking in options and can't find anything like that. Steve

Sorry all, I just noticed this was a Revit Arcitecture forum. I did a search and this came up....didn't realize it wasn't for Civil 3D till after I posted. Steve

Attached, is where you find the "raster processing" button...
But I don't think that's the issue. From your initial description, it's displaying all black on the screen, as well. So it's not just a printing issue.
Check the Jpeg's settings. Open it in Adobe Photoshop. Try the make sure it's not 16bit color. I think you may want to set it to gray scale also.
Then try to import again.
Hope this helps.
