Why cannot I have the sheet oriented as landscape in paper space and rotate it 90 degrees for plotting on a 24-inch roll? The autorotate feature doesn't seem to work. I have to physically rotate the sheet in paper space and then unrotate the viewport using MVSetup-Align-Rotate-90 degrees. Thanks for any help.

First verify that the front panel is set to software control.
Then perform a page setup, on the plot device tab check
the inked area limits for the landscape version of the page
size you desire.
Also verfiy the printer properties through your windows
control panel to see that no conflict exist.
Then when you plot the sheet choose landscape.
All should be well.

I'm not able to check the inked area option for some reason.

As in, when you set your plot device, and hit properties
and attempt to chose modify paper sizes (inked area limits)
it is not an option, or it will not allow you to access that area.
Install a local copy of that plotter to be sure you have full
control of the plotter settings while you are looking for the
solution.
