I have a problem when I want to activate my Revit Achitecture License.
I go to Help, License.... , Activate
Then it tells me that I need to activate my license, so I hit next and it opens a new window.
In the screen where I am supposed to enter my activation number, everything is white and all I have is 2 "check buttons" (2 "holes" with one being green).
All of this is happening on a pc that have just been formated (XP reinstall)
What could it be?
Thank you all
Hi, there can you please take a screen shot of the said problem so we can get a clear understanding of the situation. How you take a screenshot is press PrtScn on your keyboard and then go to Start>Programs>Accesories>Paint. Once open press Ctrl + V on your keyboard to paste the screen shot. Save it to a .jpeg format on your hardrive and post the image here. We can then give you advice on what you need to do.
Cheers and welcome to the forum.

Looks like IE is not displying all the images. Try updating your Windows XP with windowsupdate.com

Hitting the right button, Ive found that the source code was using a *.js file. I reinstalled JAVA, could this be a problem?
Thanks
It could be java. Try gettig the latest version of Java from http://www.java.com/en/ If your still having problems witht his then it could be flash. http://www.macromedia.com/software/flash/about/
The other things you can also look out for is to possible make sure that it isn't your graphics card. Sometimes when you install the lastest driver it makes things worse than better, so if you have recently updated it go back to a previous version or it's original driver. Otherwise I'm not sure what else could be the problem.
