Description:
To have the possibility of assiging different scales for X and Y axis in a viewport.

USE:
This is useful when printing sections of extremely long objects with a stable height, such as a tunnel. In this case one needs to have different scales on the X Axis (length) and on Y Axis (height).
This is most useful for AutoCAD users as well.

This can already be done fairly easily by x-refing the file and then scaling the x-ref using the properties. Considering how rarely if ever I would use that feature, that extra step is plenty fine with me.
