I could not find this condition addressed in the Forum. How would you model a condition where the floor slab edge is bounded by a CMU sill block (see attached drawing). It seems that it would require a modification to the slab edge profile and the cmu at the top of the foundation wall.

I'd probably just do it with a wall - rather than a slab edge. A slab edge will be all one material. However, you could apply two slab edges. You can even apply a slab edge to a slab edge.

Are you saying to bring a full size CMU up to the top of the floor slab and let the slab terminate at the interior face of the block? If so, this doesn't correctly show the real condition where the slab flows into the top 4" of the CMU. Or is it better to carry the slab to the outside face of the CMU and then terminate the CMU foundation at the bottom of the floor slab. This closer to the real condition.
