Maybe this question is too simple, but I just dont know it. When using drafting tools in project or in detail component family editor, we often use masking region and filled region tools. I just cant figure out how to remove the edge lines of these 2 tools.
Thanks in advance!

I assume by 'edge line' you mean that the boundary of the filled/masked region has a solid line that prints? If this is the case then all you need to do it set the boundary linework to invisible lines while in sketch mode.

Thanks Chad! I always look inside the region property, but forget simply change the line types in line tools.

opposite from the original post, I have about 2 dozen filled regions that (at the time I placed them I didn't realize) were placed with "invisible lines."
Without re-drawing all of the filled regions, how can I go back and give each of the filled regions some sort of printable outline?

You don't have to redraw all of them but you will have to edit each one. Once you are in "edit sketch" mode you can select all of the lines and change them to be invisible.

You could have revised all the outline lines for the hatched regoins in one view, and the select all the filled regions in that view and copy to clipboard. Then select all instances of filled regions in the entire project and delete. Then paste aligned by view and selct all views that you need them pasted in. DONE! This process is very fast if you have multiple views.

mr6 - be careful with that select all instances command - it will bite you.
