Plan Region

I have a level that is 6" below the main level but visible from the main level. Technically it is a Garage space so to speak but I would like for the information that I am putting in my model be specific to the "APPARATUS BAY" level for schedule purposes and the Drawing Index. My question is in regards to a Plan Region, what is visible? Is it just model elements like Model Lines, Walls, or other 3D elements or can you see annotation, detail lines and other 2D specific elements. I am trying to figure out if it a matter of adjusting my View Range or something else that I might have to do to see the rooms and detail that I have assigned to this level.

It is my understanding that the PR will show everything that is visible in the host plan- the difference is that it applies a different view range to the region.

Dont forget that annotation and else are view dependant.
