Can't Transfer View Template

I've looked in the forums but couldn't find the answer in other threads, maybe I didn't look in the right place.

Anyway, I'm trying to transfer a view template for a reflected ceiling plan to another project but when when I transfer through the project transfer dialog box, no templates transfer.

Also, I tried to save the view to a new file and then import it into another project but it won't let me. The "save to new file" option is grayed out in the right click menu. I'm stuck.

Anyone have any ideas?

Does the view have a name that already exist in the project you are transferring it ?

What type of view is it ?

The View is a Ceiling Plan on the first floor level.
