Project coordinates

I am a new Revit user and need some help wih project coordinates. due to a time crunch i had to start my structural model before recieving a model from the arch. now that i have the arch model when i link it to mine they do not line up. i was able to fix the elevation but for some reason i cannot get the north/south and east/west coordinates to match. i have used the 'specify coordinates at point' tool and my coordinates are the same as the arch model, but they still dont line up when linked together.
any help would be greatly appreciated.
