Can anybody tell me that whether there is any 'Xref' facility in Revit?
And if yes, then please explain in detail about the procedure?

Revit's file linking is similar to an x-ref.
You can import/link a variety of file formats. Do a quick search in the Revit Help file and if you need more detailed info post again with the specifics.
